Brian Peddie is a trusted business advisor who understands the unique attributes of running a small business. He is a management expert focusing on talent optimization, workflow identification, and strategic planning. His human resource skills were honed and tested in the real world. From experiences as a business owner, his success depended on having the right people in the right roles. He found that the likelihood of a positive outcome improved when he assigned work to the right people. In addition, work became more manageable and more enjoyable for everyone when he evaluated behavioral indicators along with an employee's skills. Since every business requires people, his findings and experiences were applicable everywhere. He found his expertise in "people-planning" valuable when creating any stand-alone ventures, teams, and B2G (Business-to-Government) spin-offs and joint ventures. He has applied his models and expertise in many sectors but specializes in healthcare, biotechnology, and medical-surgical businesses.
